At Rhino Rugby, we stand by the durability and performance of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
